Potomac Capital Corporation announced that its subsidiary, The Potomac Company, has formed a mergers and acquisitions group dedicated exclusively to serving the contracting and construction trades. Potomac Construction and Contractor Services Group (CCSG) provides financial and transaction advisory services to a diverse range of contractors serving the construction industry. The segments of the industry served include heating, ventilation, air conditioning, roofing, plumbing, electrical, windows, siding, gutters, carpet and floors, doors, paving and excavation. Paul Giannamore, Managing Director, commented, “while we have always been very active in the contractor and construction space, we have formalized the practice and added significant resources to keep up with the heavy deal flow in this sector.”

The Potomac Company is a mergers and acquisitions advisory firm located in Philadelphia, PA. The Construction and Contractor Services group operates throughout the Mid-Atlantic, with particular emphasis on New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, Delaware and Maryland.
