The principals of Potomac Capital Corporation and Bay Street Capital, LLC signed a definitive asset purchase agreement whereby Potomac Capital Corporation acquired substantially all of the assets of Bay Street Capital, LLC for an undisclosed amount. Bay Street Capital will continue to provide customized commercial loan services for businesses and investors in a wide variety of markets. Bay Street Capital offers diverse financing solutions and direct access to top national and local lenders for commercial real estate acquisitions and refinancing, business acquisitions and growth financing, working capital and equipment leasing.
