Orkin / Western Acquires JRG Pest Control

The Potomac Company today announced that Western Pest Services, a subsidiary of Orkin has acquired JRG Termite and Pest Control of Millstone TWP, NJ. The Potomac Company initiated and executed the transaction on behalf of the sellers.
