The Potomac Company, a leading valuation and M&A advisory firm, is growing rapidly and in need of experienced business valuation analysts.
Our business valuation analysts are responsible for interacting with our client’s senior management, analyzing financial statements and tax returns, working with complex financial models and preparing detailed written reports on company findings. This is a project oriented, financial modeling, research and writing position that requires the ability to multi-task.
The ideal candidate has 3-5 years experience performing valuations at a valuation firm, accounting firm, investment bank or related field providing valuation services. Excellent analytical, computer and writing skills are essential. Credentials such as ASA, AM, CBA, CVA, AVA, CPA, ABV are preferred but not required.
